Registration and attendance confirmations
You should submit all outstanding registration and attendance confirmations as soon as possible. Make sure no student remains registered without the required attendance code. Also clear overdue Change of Circumstance and attendance worklists. You can reconfirm reassessments or contact the Partners Support Desk if details are incorrect.
Course collection for academic year (AY) 2026/27
You should now have completed FT UG course updates for AY 2026/27. You must report any outstanding courses to your Account Manager. Unsaved courses are not visible to applicants. Maximum FT UG tuition fees have increased from £9,535 to £9,790 for AY 2026/27, depending on provider category. Take care when entering fees, especially for placements and study abroad. Foundation year fees remain at £5,760 depending on HECoS codes.
Full time undergraduate applications now open
Applications for new and continuing full time undergraduate students across England, Wales and Northern Ireland are now open. Students can apply even if their course is not yet confirmed and should update details later if needed. Unsaved courses will not be visible to applicants. You should advise students not to submit their funding applications until you've saved the course.
