Important updates for the service.
Registration and attendance confirmations
Please check your worklists for outstanding registration or attendance confirmations, including items from previous academic years. Clearing these is essential to keep student records accurate. Please submit attendance confirmations as soon as possible to ensure payment on 4 February.
Update your courses on CMS
Please make sure you have updated CMS. This includes all academic year (AY) 2026/27 undergraduate courses and Scotland-domiciled postgraduate master's courses. CMS is also open for AY 2026/27 master's and doctoral course submissions, with rolled over courses ready for review. Please complete this by 10 April 2026.
Franchised courses for Welsh students
As course collection opens for AY 2026/27, if a course is franchised to a provider that is not registered with the OfS and has Welsh designation selected, it must remain unsaved for the new academic year. If students will continue into AY 2026/27, create a new version of the course with Wales removed from the designation.
