Registration worklist – check for accuracy before confirming
Only confirm registration when you’re satisfied the student is enrolled for the coming term. Submit registration confirmations before attendance confirmations and check worklists regularly. If a student is not continuing in higher education, submit an ‘N’ (not registered) confirmation as soon as possible, allowing up to 28 days if they may register elsewhere.
Course changes will trigger reassessments
Changes made to CMS will trigger a reassessment of all students already on that course. If you make a change, students will receive a new entitlement letter. This may cause concern if they’re not expecting it. For this reason, please only update courses when the correct information is available.
Preparing for attendance
Confirm students' attendance once they’ve started their course, completed any cooling-off period, and become liable for tuition fees. Submit any changes promptly to maintain accurate student records and minimise overpayments. To make sure we can make payments on time, confirm attendance by the published liability deadlines.
