Detailed application results

Once you've entered your search criteria, select Display Results to search all student details in the system. The search will retrieve those that match your criteria.

The search results will appear at the bottom of the page. They'll be ordered alphabetically by surname.

You'll see the following fields for each student record:

CRN

Customer Reference Number: these are unique student identifiers issued by us. They're included in all correspondence with the student. To view the SSN, click on “+” next to the CRN and you'll see an expanded student detail pop up.

Full Name

The student’s full name.

Course Name

The student’s course or module name.

SLC Course Code

The SLC code of the student’s course or module.

TFL Amount (£)

The Tuition Fee Loan as requested by the student. This is the portion of their total fee paid by the Tuition Fee Loan.

STP Amount (£)

This is the tuition fee amount that the student must pay based on their application for funding and/or balance on their account.

Attendance Status

The attendance status of the student.

Registration Status

The registration status of the student.

Create CoC

Allows a CoC to be created for the student.
